Dr. Youhei Imoto, DPT

Youhei was born in Illinois and raised in Japan. After finishing college in Japan, he moved to New York City in 2003. He graduated from the Master of Physical Therapy program at Hunter College, City University of New York in 2008. In 2010, he eared a postprofessional Doctor of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University, State University of New York. He worked at Brooklyn Hospital Center and New York Hospital Queens (New York Prebysterian Hospital Queens) in acute care setting and the orthopedic out-patient clinic. In 2014, he became a Vestibular Therapist at Emory University certified by American Physical Therapy Association.
He moved to Oahu in 2015 and had since worked in a Home healthcare agency.
In 2018, he established Imoto Mobile Therapy at your place of convenience.
He is fluent in Japanese and English and able to provide excellent care.
Dr. Tyler Cronquist, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Tyler earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology from St. Cloud State University. He received his Doctor of Physiotherapy degree from Hawaii Pacific University. He was inspired to become a physical therapist after a spine injury in the Marine Corps. He has firsthand experience with how debilitating back and nerve injuries may be. He has a passion for physical therapy as well as fitness. He is the father of a daughter.
Dr. Tahoora Pourjalali, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Tahoora earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Biology from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, where she received extensive training in manual therapy and evidence-based rehabilitation. Her passion for physical therapy has taken her across different locations and clinical settings, allowing her to gain valuable experience in outpatient orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, acute care, post-operative recovery, and chronic pain management. Her diverse background has shaped her comprehensive and individualized approach to patient care. Tahoora is passionate about helping patients understand their conditions, overcome physical limitations, and return to the activities they enjoy. She combines hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to address each individual's needs and promote long-term recovery. Dedicated to lifelong learning, Tahoora continues to expand her knowledge and clinical skills to provide compassionate, effective, and evidence-based care. Outside the clinic, Tahoora enjoys hiking, swimming, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
